SLEEPS 8 2 This spacious and bright detached house has been renovated to a high standard and is an ideal location for all that The Highlands have to offer but a peaceful location where guests can relax and enjoy scenic surroundings. Situated in the Strath Fillan Glen and within easy access to the Trossachs Glencoe Rannoch Moor and Loch Awe Etive and Lomond this is a perfect choice for outdoor enthusiast and tourists alike. With walking fishing winter sports mountain biking climbing and even gold prospecting all within a short trip and with the gateway to the Highlands to Oban and Fort William nearby there is no shortage of activities for all the family. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and WC 1 double 1 double with bunk beds and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over corner bath and WC. Downstairs WC on ground floor. Lounge: with gas fire Freeview flatscreen TV and DVD. Dining room. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher. Outside: large enclosed garden with garden furniture. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (All dogs must be kept under control at all times due to working farm located next to house). Location: shops pubs and restaurants 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
